Ms. Bell graduated from the California Polytechnic State University at Pomona (Cal Poly) with a Bachelors degree in Corporate Finance, Real Estate and Business Law.
Ms. Bell earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated with academic honors from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, CA. While in law school she was invited to participate in the Law Review in recognition of her outstanding legal writing capabilities. She also won the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Trial practice and was a quarter finalist in the National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition for 2005.
Ms. Bell is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District. She also holds a Real Estate Brokers License for the State of California and a Notary Public Commission.
Ms. Bell is active in a number of charities in the Orange County area.
